The “Speed Bag”. This is a great exercise to build Hand Eye coordination, Cardio and of course speed. Because of the constant repetition, and positioning of your arms this is
One of the best exercises to tighten up your Shoulders, Biceps and most importantly your Triceps. Your Triceps consist of 75% of your arm. The Inner, the outer and the killer as you get older. The bottom. Use the Speed Bag Based on 3-minute rounds followed by a 1-minute rest period. Start out with 4 rounds per day 3 days per week. Then on your second week move it up to 6 rounds. The goal is to get to 8 rounds. Within a month you will see a huge difference. It is going to take you some time to get the timing so be patient and stay with it. The results are well worth the effort!!

Boxing is not an ability you are born with; it is craft you are taught. This craft is made up of
a series of smaller skills. Technique, Conditioning, Mental awareness, Footwork are just a
few. Beginners often get overwhelmed because the Professionals make it look so easy and most people use them as a frame of reference. Just like any other skill, you must be patient when taking on this sport. The great thing about learning how to box is that you will see improvement with each day that passes. Boxing is not something that can be self-taught.
If you want to learn how to box you must get a Boxing trainer. Even if you just want to hit the bag. Why waste time doing it incorrectly? People say practice makes perfect, only perfect practice makes perfect. Practicing bad habits makes for a painful lesson.

Slow and steady does not win the race.
Unlike most other training programs,
boxing is unique because you will see

regiment eight weeks before a fight. Now

The first principle of boxing training is to
discover the boxer’s individual strengths
and weaknesses. Again, this program is

results are astonishing: A person who
never threw a punch before could look like
they have been boxing for years after three
weeks in their program.
Boxing is 70 percent anaerobic and 30
percent aerobic. Anaerobic means that a
person conducts physical activity without
oxygen. A perfect example: You see a
boxer throw a series of punches together,
also known as a combination. The aerobic
portion is when the boxer moves around
the ring and throws one or two punches
at the same steady pace. He can do so because
of the interval training he has done,
which conditions his heart and lungs to
keep going. By doing this, you condition
your entire body.
Did you know that 80 percent of the
power generated in a punch comes from the
legs, hips and abdominal area? Precisely
because of this, it is the perfect program
to start working on that six pack and lose
those love handles. Women will tighten the
loose skin in the triceps area because Evolution
Boxing trains in high repetition. Your body
will become leaner, thus giving you that
beach-ready look that you have coveted all
